Personality: Friendly and charming is all that needs said about this lad. He's carefree with an ounce of responsibility to keep himself and/or others out of danger. He loves adventure and fun and combining the two just makes his day. He has been the root of a few pranks about Igen Weyr, harmless ones, but still pranks all the same. He loves to draw and create things, having picked up his father's craft as well as another of pottery. He just likes to create things, plain and simple. Often seen about with Pip flitting around nearby and usually found with company. He's the sort that wants to see and know everything just for the fun of the knowledge. Now that he's become WeyrSecond, he's finding new adventures around every corner, even if some of them aren't exactly the fun sort. He's mellowed out only slightly, taking on more responsibility than fun, but he's still the same old L'ret everyone knows.
Physical description: L'ret has grown to his expected height in the last few turns and now stands at nearly 6 foot and more of a lean, muscled build to him. His dirty blonde hair with darker roots is kept short and left to fall as it wishes, giving him a look a bit younger than he actually is. His unusually bright blue eyes stand out against his darkened skin from turns of being outside as often as possible. No scars, big or small, mark his tanned skin, but he has an odd birthmark of darker coloring on his right shoulder blade that if looked at closely enough appears to look like a dragon in flight. He wears simple clothing of blues, bright and dark, never caring if he 'matches' or not, his boots just plain old dark brown with worn laces. He does wear a necklace that his mother had given him as a birthing day gift and he rarely takes the pendant off, a piece of the shell of his firelizard encased within a dome of glass.
History: Born to a pair of GlassSmiths, Laret was raised in a family environment and was loved well. He's your typical weyrbrat with a bit of responsibility, having been the cause and accepted the consequences of a few pranks about the Weyr in his younger turns.
He took an interest in GlassCrafting as well as pottery when he came of age to choose a craft, often found in one craft for a month and the other the next month. At 11 turns, he Stood for his first attempt at Candidacy and was passed up, so he concentrated on his crafts, hoping to be Searched instead, but the plague had other ideas and he didn't seek out a dragon as much. His mother gave him a Birthingday present of a firelizard egg for his 13th turn and from that egg that very day hatched a little blue with the worst case of hiccups a firelizard could get, earning the affectionate name of Pip due to his sounds. Wishing to keep a piece of that day forever, he asked his mother to preserve a piece of Pip's eggshell with a picture of a dragon in its coloring for him and he has since to take off the necklace his mother made of it.
At 16 turns, he acquired a runner in order to make the trip about Pern with his brothers and has bonded well with the young runner along the way. Now arriving in Tristar Weyr with a trading caravan, Laret is uncertain whether he should attempt Candidacy again or just pursue his crafts in his new home. After all, he still wonders if the plague could strike again and take his dream away again.
Worries aside, he Stood bravely on Tristar's Sands and to walk away proudly as L'ret of bronze Rislockith. And worries of the Plague's return have yet to invade his thoughts since then.
With the Disaster of Tristar, his young bronze had taken a toll with their flight to safety, having not learned how to Between at that point. After a brief period of recuperating at Igen Weyr, they went through the rest of their training and Rislockith's first Chase resulted in a win with gold Josiath, making L'ret WeyrSecond of Igen Weyr. He has tried his best and continues to do so as they work their way through all of the Holder attacks and search for a new haven.

His rider will have to be careful what ideas they let him run with for he will carry them out, he will do as he wants, or if his rider is strong enough, instructed, and he will do it well! A perfectionist in some ways he has little regard for the plans of others if they are different to his own. Another challenge is the little Cousin of his that belongs to His. What to do with that energetic one?....
Physical description: A bulky bronze, Rislockith has smears of lighter bronze down his flanks and wings, in contrast to the darker undertone of most of his hide. His bulk will continue to develop into solid muscle with proper care and exercise making him a formidable flier one day!

He'll take one in the blink of an eye and hide it away in his stash somewhere in one of the various dwellings of people he's taken a liking to. One shouldn't trust him with a message. It would never make it there and probably be taken off and dropped somewhere if he did manage to make it to the desired destination. He's quite loyal to his Pet and it shows in his constant attention to the lad wherever he goes. Now there's a new Pet to play with and it comes in the form of a young bronze dragon...
Physical description: Pip's of average size for a blue, nothing about him seeming out of place. He's a sapphire blue in color and darkens somewhat toward his legs and belly, taking on more of a navy shade of blue there. No big distinguishing marks about him. Just a plain old blue.

Personality: Quiet, but spirited and VERY willing to do anything his master wishes of him. He'll sprint any distance asked of him and will calm down quite quickly after a good run. He'll go every step he's asked, hesitation rarely noted for he's practically fearless.
Physical description: Moonlight is small for a runner, but his master is smaller in build so it doesn't much matter. He's built for endurance, but not for work, appearing short coupled and fine boned, but he's strong, too. His coat is that of a bluish grey, appearing 'frosty' in the cold seasons and blue-grey in the warm seasons. His legs, muzzle, and ears are darker in coloring but still retain the same bluish shade to them. At night, he seems to glow when light hits him whether it be glowlight, firelight, or moonlight. His mane and tail are a dark grey in coloring.
