Personality: Even as a baby Nileod was never a difficult child, he’s always been one that will happily play by himself when required without complaint. He does much prefer company of others, but can also be quite independent.
Nileod is a quiet and patient child, he’s never demanding and really only cries at situations that warrant it. Although raised by his Grandmother, Nileod is a daddy’s boy.. the kid adores M’cleod.
Physical description: Nileod’s hair is kept short, for ease. If left to grow to its own devices, Nil’s head tends to curl into a untidy frizzy mess of knots. His hair is dark brown, almost black in colour. His eyes are brown and are simply just eyes, there is nothing strange or special about them.. bar of course, that they let him see.. and see he does, Nileod has quite good eyesight.
For his height, Nileod is a small boy.. and was so from birth. Nothing that really changed there.. and will probably grow up and remain small.
History: Nileod was the first child that his parents, Taenia and M’cleod were able to carry to term, and as a result, the boy is cherished and very much loved by his family.
For the first turn of his life, Nileod’s father was not around. Taenia and her golden queen had been lost back in time after a rescue mission went wrong. It was here, in the past that Nileod was brought into the world on a sunny morning.. and it was here that the boy spent his first few months of life until Authanth and Taenia were able to return back to their own time..
Once back in the present, Nileod was entrusted into the care of his Grandmother, Healer Eodira. With both his parents as weyrleaders, there was very limited time for his parents to put as much time in as they would like.. but, just because Eodira has the most of him, don’t think that Taenia and M’cleod don’t spend time with him.. for they certainly do.. as much time as they can.
..Although his early days were at Tristar, Nileod doesn’t really remember, he was too young, which was probably a blessing considering the pain and suffering the weyr had been through following the earthquake.. and thankfully, although he is old enough to be aware of current time at Igen and the move to Izuko, really.. he is too young to understand them.
