{OOC: joint post by Tae and Sorra)
Sai was still fuming as he walked back to talk to his daughter. He still couldn't believe what he had walked in on. He hadn't wanted to believe Evie, but his daughter had never lied to him before. He scrubbed at his face and tried to calm down before confronting Siarie.
"Siarie?" he called, walking into the room, looking for his older daughter.
She was there as he had told her to be. The girl knew she was in trouble and was not going to add to that by not being where she was told to be. "I'm here," she answered, walking from the sleeping quarters towards the door where he could see her. She was scared terrified about what he would say.
Sai calmed down a bit once he was sure Siarie was there. He was actually more worried then angry, still not believing everything. He walked over to his daughter, not wanting to just yell. "We really need to talk about what happened tonight," he said, leading her over to a couple chairs. "Siarie, I have to know, did he touch you?"
She'd been expecting him to shout, to scream at her and had planned her responses for that type of scenario. She hadn't been expecting to see the worry in his eyes or hear the concern in his voice as he spoke to her, it caught her off guard. She didn't want to talk about it, it was embarrassing instead she looked down ashamed, he'd been so kind to her...she remained quiet.
He frowned slightly. He wasn't sure how to proceed since she wouldn't answer him. "Siarie, I told him I don't want him seeing you anymore. I don't want you to get hurt." At the moment he wasn't thinking about how young he had been his first time, but rather that this was his daughter. He loved her and felt responsible for her.
That bit she didn't like she liked Rytan but also sensed that getting into an argument with her father was just not the best plan. She nodded her head in understanding. Still not saying anything her head still hung in shame and tears looming in her eyes. She was unaware of how her lack of speaking was making the situation look like more happened than actually had and at her age who wouldn't assume it was the older one's fault?
Sai didn't like this at all. Siarie wasn't giving him anything to go and that was irritating him a bit. "Siarie, talk to me. What really happened with you two? I show up and that boy's totally nakes and you're in your underclothes? What were you thinking? Did he force you?" He was getting angrier as she wasn't telling him anything.
"No!" she exclaimed when he asked if she was forced, she didn't want to get Rytan into any more trouble. "I don't want to talk about it," she stropped.
"Siarie, be honest with me. I need to know what happened." Apparently he had upset her now, but he had to know. Had to get to the bottom of everything that had happened.
"Nothing happened," she said, her voice tense.
"So it was all innocent that I found you with a naked boy?" he asked sarcastically. He had been that age once. Nothing was ever innocent. "I don't want you seeing him again."
"You can't stop me!" he voice was getting louder as her temper started to rise. "We're candidates together."
"That's where you're wrong. I'll talk to Lorina, get her to pull you out of the candidate program. Right now you're being very childish," he said, getting quite angry himself.
She glared at him, but realized the truth behind his words and thus abruptly settled down. "Fine," she relented. "I won't see him. Anything to stop him trying to ask her to elaborate on what had actually happened.
Sai was a bit flabbergasted by her response. She had actually agreed not to see the boy agian? Well, he wasn't going to argue. "Thank you. You'll be grateful for this one day."
She doubted it, but she wasn't about to say that. "Can I go now?"
He nodded. "I want you to stay close though." He didn't want her going out and wandering around on her own.
"Okay," she agreed, anything to be out and away from this potential conversation.
