Personality: She’s a bit on the fearful side and can sometimes see the bad in a situation easier than the good. She’s not the best mother in the world, but she does try really hard. And no one could fault her for not showing Vinava enough love, because she certainly loves her daughter a lot.
Physical description: Cinava has red hair, light brown eyes, and tan skin. She’s still got a bit of weight on from giving birth Vinava, which she never really lost.
History: Cinava was born to two weavers at Fort Hold. She apprenticed in the same craft at the age of 12. When she turned 16 she was Searched, and so she went to Tristar Weyr. She was worried about the possibility of the Plague coming back, but she went anyway.
She met Vordan at the Weyr and they immediately fell for each other, at least physically. Cinava ended up pregnant and then they got handfasted. She also decided to stop being a candidate, though she never actually Stood in a Hatching. In some ways it was a good excuse not to have to risk Impressing only to end up having the dragon die. It’s turned out well for both of them, and so far they’re happy. Cinava went to the Hatching with their daughter to see Vordan Stand. She hoped her husband would Impress, though she didn’t really think he would. Then a little brown came toward him and she cheered loudly as her Vordan became V’dan.
They all made it out of the disaster unscathed. Not long after arriving at Igen, Cinava found the nearest Master Weaver and applied for Journeywoman rank. From there she went to the Weaverhall to continue to study. She returned to Igen just a month before the move to Izoku.
