Personality: Siarie is still a shy girl, she’s quiet around those who she doesn’t know too well, but she does talk around people she knows, albet it not very much. Siarie’s appears that she’s always going to be quiet.
She’s still very independent, likes to explore and still doesn’t really see the danger in her actions, afterall, she still has the survival instincts of being brought up holdless.
She’s a happy child now that she has settled well, and enjoys the company of her friends and being playful.
Physical description: Having lived in the Weyr for 4 turns now, there are no signs left to show that Siarie ever lived as a holdless little girl. She’s always clean and presentable, well looked after and definitely has a healthy figure with much more weight on it than she’d had been she’d first arrived. Living with Sai and Evie has been good for her.. Her hair is now tidy and long in careful waves down to her back, black in colour to go with her brown eyes. Her skin is still tanned from the warmth of Igens climate and all the playing outside.
History: Born the second, and last child to a love affair between a dragonrider and dragonheaer, Siraie doesn't remember anything of life before the dragonic plague hit. She had been just over a turn when the first few dragons had died, her father being one of them. She doesn't remember her father, or anything of his dragon.
Her mother, DragonHealer Lurrie hung around the weyr for a few sevendays after S'ar and Momenth's deaths, but with the passage of time eventually the woman, like so many others, took her children and left the weyr. She'd said she didn't want the children going up in the weyr at such a sad time, and thus left, but in truth, she was ashamed at being unable to save those dragons.. so many had died under her care, that she had just up and left. It was this reason that had found the young family living holdless away from the weyr for the next four turns. It is this life that contain all of Siarie's youngster memories.
They grew up in a cave on ista island, never mingling with the people of the weyr.. living harshly off of the greens that the land provided, the fish the sea gave and the fresh water from rivers. They struggled by, often becoming sick or going without food.. it was their mother's selfishness that prevented her returning to the weyr, and her lack of being unable to part with her children. Until, disaster struck.
After living for almost four full turns both children awoke to find their mother missing.. they waited.. and waited, they stomach growing hungry, their mouths running dry.. until eventually, under Luiar's decision the pair left the cave in search off food, shaken by mother's disappearance and hopeful they would find her again. They never did.
They traveled away from their cave, loosing their water supply, and unable to catch food.. until eventually, both started to weaken, Siarie was the first to collapse.
She woke in Tristar weyr scared out of her wits, Luiar, her older brother hadn’t yet woken and all those strange faces around her did nothing to help her fears.. but she never cried out for him, infact, she never uttered a word again..at not until almost two turns later when she finally spoke to Sai, her foster father.
She’d been taken in by the family at Weyrwoman Taenia’s suggestion, the hope had been to help the young girl settle into family life again, and with Luiar taken into the candidate programme.. Siarie needed that support. She made friends with Evie, Sai’s daughter and it just seemed logical.
When L’ar impressed a bronze, Siarie was happy for him.. and he brought her a firelizard egg, a egg that later hatched a little blue, who she named ‘blu’ – it was at this time that the girl first spoke.
…she was lucky to not be too badly affected by the recent disasters over the turns at Tristar and then Igen.. and she moved over to the new weyr of Izuko with excitement.. rumour had it that the weyrwoman had decided weyrbred children of 10 would be able to stand..
…and that would mean her! Something she hopes to embrace well!

Description: Blu is..well, blue, as his name suggests. His colour is solid.. the same deep blue from nose to tail tip.. He is a chunky dragon, rather…fat in his appearance and small in his height compared to other blue firelizards.
Personality: Blu is..for lack of a better word, lazy. He’d much rather be carried anywhere then walk.. and the idea of work will send him away between to find a better sleeping area. He’s no good a message sender.. and fact, the only thing that really will get him moving is food..
…and with food, he will tend to over eat. He’s also very food aggression and will fight of another creature for food! Bar of course humans.. he knows better than that..
