Like everyweyr, Izuko has it's own amount of flight weyrs for when the golds and greens rise. They're large, a decent space in the middle of the room for the suitors to gather around the rider who's dragon is rising. A ledge is available for the dragons to land there once the flight is over, even though their riders are more than likely to still be occupied. The bed is large and comfortable, and just to make things even better, just down the hall is access to a nice hot springs. Rooms also exist nearby for those unfortunates left hanging, if they happen to find someone and want to have their own post-flight encounters.
