In reality, there are two clutches. So here are the following contests:
Momma Matching Contest
Theme Guessing Contest
Color Guessing Contest
Momma Matching Contest
Match the egg with the momma.
Theme Guessing Contest
With two clutches, there are two themes. While we kept the themes very similar, they're not exactly alike. So guess which momma has what theme.
Theme Guessing Sub Contest
Once someone figures out the themes, we'll post it up. At that point, it's your responsiblity to guess what's what in each theme. This one is just for fun, for now. Prizes for this one will be decided at a later time, if we decide to grant prizes.
Color Guessing Contest
The choices are bronze, brown, blue, and green. No gold this clutch around. Guess the colors for all 23 eggs, not each clutch seperately.
Rules
1) As only Mik and I know all the details for these clutches, anyone else can play. (If I'm wrong about this, Mik can correct me.)
2) All color guesses must be submitted before the Hatching.
3) All other guesses can be submitted within a week after the Hatching.
**Expect the Hatching around February, but we'll get you a more definitive date soon.
Prizes Are As Follows:
Overall Winner (That is, the person who guesses the most items correct combined through every contest, not the including theme sub contest): This person will get to name the new critter species and will earn one breeding female of that species.
Individual Contest Winner: This person wins a male or non-breeding female of the critter species. If the same person wins more than one individual contest or is the overall winner, a secondary prize of marks, amount TBD, will be given. Only one critter per player for now.
Individual Contest Second Winner: A prize of marks, amount TBD
